FLEXI-BAR Full Time Certification
Become a certified FLEXI-BAR Trainer!
If online courses are not your thing and you prefer face to face workshops, then look no further. You can join one of our FLEXI-BAR courses to become a certified FLEXI-BAR Trainer. Learn the practical skills required to integrate FLEXI-BAR into exercise or Personal Training Programs.
Our Certification Workshops are suitable for:
- Fitness Trainers
- Personal Trainers
- Group Ex Trainers
- Fitness Enthusiast wanting more out of their FB workouts
- Physical Therapists (physio,chiro,massage & other therapists)
All Courses are certified by REPS and provide 10 continuing professional development credits (CPD) for the discerning fitness professional.
During the course you will learn:
Theory
- Anatomy of the Core Muscles
- The Principles behind FLEXI-BAR
- Class Structure and Session Planning
- Safety Aspects when Using and Storing the FLEXI-BAR
- Teaching Points and Teaching Skills
- Technique and Posture Training
- Use of Music in FLEXI-BAR Classes
Practical
During the course you will be required to participate in the following:
- A 50 minute FLEXI-BAR Master-class
- Practical Technique Workshops throughout the day
- Practical Assessment
Assessment
- You will be asked to teach a 10 minute FLEXI-BAR session to the other participants and be assessed against the teaching checklist
- You are also required to submit a class plan
