Exercises
There are many exercises you can do with FLEXI-BAR®. You can target ANY area of the body that you would like to improve; including the chest, back, biceps, triceps, abdominals, lower back and legs.
We also have specific exercises to improve your co-ordination and balance, which can be become an issue for elderly and less mobile individuals. Athletes will also find specific exercises that will strengthen the muscles of the core.
